On the occasion of the Conference, the editorial board of the popular scientific quarterly "Kosmos" plan to edit it's monographic edition dedicated to light pollution. Participants of the conference, interested in publishing are invited to submit abstracts (up to 1800 characters) in English, containing the name of the author / authors and affiliation. Abstracts should be sent to the Chairman of the Organising Committee before July 15th, 2015. The full text of the article in English (with a list of references and pictures) should be sent before the September 15th, 2015 to the same address.
